As most items are made to order by a small team, please allow up to 3 weeks for production. Please refer to the product description for accurate production time.
Domestic:
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship domestic orders. For updates, please refer to your tracking number. If you encounter any delivery issues, please reach out to USPS directly with your tracking information. Please note these dates do not include mailing carrier shipping time.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dropped off to the respective carrier. GTC The Label is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
International:
All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.
We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns, or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties. If the customer is interested in repurchasing a shi [email protected].
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
At this time, all orders are being shipped through USPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. GTC The Label is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders.
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (UPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of the carrier. GTC The Label will not be obligated to handle such issues.
Change or Cancel Your Order:
