As orders are made for you, per order, we cannot accept returns for a refund, store credit or exchange.*
We do not accept exchanges or returns on intimate items/ swimwear, and sale items.
In the case of an item arriving damaged or faulty, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. All items returned for damage must be pre-approved by our Team and received within 7 business days of authorization of the return.
*We do allow minor size-adjustments on items purchased from us within 7 days of receiving your GTC piece. The item (non intimate/swimwear) must be unworn and returned to us within 7 days of the day the item is delivered. This is not for the purpose of custom sizing - please use this service based on the size chart available with each item.
We will confirm proof of purchase before any returns are accepted.
